Big Shock! Former Goldman Sachs CEO and George W. Bush Treasury head during '08 crash and bailout now backs JEB!

(USA Today Politics) - The Wall Street wing of the Republican Party continues to line up behind Jeb Bush in the 2016 Republican contest. Former Treasury secretary Hank Paulson said in an interview with USA TODAY that he already has written checks for Bush, though the former Florida governor hasn’t formally announced his candidacy yet. That’s not much of a surprise, given that Paulson served as the top economic policy maker in the administration of Bush’s brother, George W. Bush.

“I’m supporting Jeb because I think he’s a very successful governor,” said Paulson, a former CEO of Goldman Sachs. “I believe he will have some of the answers we need to get this economy growing, growing faster in which it spreads the benefits more broadly. And I see him not as a polarizing figure, but one who’s inclusive.” Read more.
Translation: "I'm supporting JEB! because I think he is very committed to protecting the interests of the propertied and speculator classes in America.  He will maintain trade and tax policies that benefit those who already have wealth, and that will help those folks maintain and increase their wealth without any significant market risks, and with complete government protection."
