Polls show Hillary damaged by email scandal, but JEB! is going nowhere against her

Several recent Quinnipiac polls in swing states, such as Colorado and Iowa, indicate that Hillary's level of support is declining, but the Crown Prince is not benefiting.  He is still stuck where he always has been: at or near forty percent. Who will be the third option?
